The top of the oil circuit system features a hydraulic oil tank, which, in coordination with the pump, ensures a smooth supply of hydraulic fluid. From a baseline position, the pump pushes oil into the hydraulic cylinder, causing the piston to move upward, thereby driving the chair's ascent.
Construction Principle of the Hydraulic Cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder mainly consists of a piston, inclined end cover, base cover, cylinder barrel, and seals. When the pump pushes oil into the piston chamber, the piston moves upward or downward, consequently causing the chair to rise or fall. The seals are crucial for preventing oil leaks in the hydraulic cylinder. As they withstand high pressure, they are typically made from wear-resistant and pressure-resistant materials.
